Shipments in Italy and abroad are made via CORRIERE ESPRESSO courier.

As required by trade laws, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of the individual items in Euros.
Orders are shipped by BLU MODA from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:30. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
In all cases, BLU MODA reserves the right to postpone shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with BLU MODA and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests return to sender, any shipping costs charged to BLU MODA will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.

Our policy provides a 7 day deadline for product exchanges
If 7 days have passed since the date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you any exchanges.
For an exchange to be eligible, the item must be intact and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Our Return Policy: You can request a Voucher or an item exchange within 7 days of delivery of the goods.
You can request a refund within 7 days of purchase (this indicates that the goods must arrive at our headquarters within 7 days)
NB: The days to be considered are from Monday to Saturday with the exception of Sunday.
Otherwise, customer service will issue a voucher for the amount of the returned item, sending it on WhatsApp to the telephone number provided during the order.
